Fix & Flip Loans: Common Questions
How much can I borrow on a fix and flip loan?
Westlend lends up to 90% of loan-to-cost (purchase price plus rehab budget), with loan sizes from $75,000 to $4,000,000. Final leverage depends on the property, the rehab scope, and the exit.
How long is the loan term?
Fix and flip loans run 12 to 24 months, sized to the time it actually takes to renovate and sell or refinance.
Can a first-time flipper qualify?
Yes. New investors are considered on strong asset deals. The property and the plan carry the most weight, and most programs require a minimum credit score of 660.
How fast can a fix and flip loan close?
Bob reviews the deal and gives you a decision within hours, with funding typically following in days, fastest when title is clear and the appraisal is complete.
